I wanted to add that sometimes anxiety could be exacerbated by poor health, unhealthy sleeping and eating habits as well as a lack of certain vitamins & minerals. Magnesium, for example, goes a long way in promoting sleep health and promoting relaxation in the body. Hypothyroidism, as another example, if untreated contributes a lot to increasing anxiety.
